We are now recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our CSuite, based in the Midlands

What you’ll do

  • Seamlessly manage complex diaries, travel, and inboxes for our executive team
  • Coordinate Board and leadership meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are all covered
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communication is always clear and professional
  • Keep the central support office running smoothly, from supplies to health & safety
  • Provide high-level support on confidential HR, finance, and strategic projects
  • Be a culture champion, modelling our values and supporting initiatives that bring our mission to life

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an EA or PA to Board or C-Suite-level leaders
  • Top-tier organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities with discretion and calm
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, and modern digital tools
  • Someone who gets things done and brings people with them in the process
  • Experience in a multi-site or regulated business is a bonus
