Jubilee House, a purpose built luxury care home, is just over two years old and has been exceeding its occupancy targets since opening.  We are now looking for a people focused general manager to continue to lead this home in the right direction.

What we are looking for:

  • This role is open to a clinincal or non-clinical manager
  • Someone with strong leadership skills who is able to convey direction and empathy
  • An individual who is determined, innovative and uses their initiative
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage several priorities simultaneously
  • Someone who is committed to caring and passionate about making a difference for others

Do you have the following?:

  • A strong track record in a similar commercial, operational and management role
  • The skills and experience to lead, motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • The knowledge and commitment to deliver the highest possible standards of care in a luxury environment
  • Results driven and financially astute with the skills to manage budgets, achieve targets and deliver continuous improvement
  • The ability to inspire and lead by example, to be visible, supportive and inclusive
  • The flexibility and adaptability to be on call in emergencies, manage concerns and complaints and to cover key roles when necessary
