We’re looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of our estate’s maintenance operations and help us deliver high standards across all locations.

 

Your Role as Property Manager: 

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of all properties across the estate in conjunction with a third-party FM company, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance.
  • Liaise with General Managers and regional teams to identify and prioritize property needs.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Ensure all properties meet regulatory and statutory compliance, including fire safety, gas, electrical, and water hygiene.
  • Lead on refurbishment and minor capital works projects, from planning to completion.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements across the estate.
  • Contribute to budget planning and cost control for property-related expenditure.
  • Respond to emergency property issues and coordinate appropriate responses.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in estates or facilities management, ideally within healthcare, or social care
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, M&E, compliance standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management and contractor coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and travel as required.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g.,RICs IOSH, NEBOSH, BIFM, or equivalent) are desirable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
