Find your place and make a difference as a Gardener at Berkley Care

As a Gardener for Berkley Care, you’ll be a hands-on member of the team, involved in every aspect of horticulture including working with our maintenance team to report any structural or health and safety concerns.

As a gardener, you will play a vital role in preserving and enhancing our outdoor space, ensuring that every area reflects Berkley’s reputation for beauty, excellence and care.

 

As Skilled Gardener, you will help maintain and enhance the beauty and biodiversity of our gardens, ensuring it is accessible to all. From formal lawns and ornamental borders, you will ensure that every area is presented to exceptional standards. You will combine traditional skills with sustainable practices, contributing to initiatives that protect and enrich our unique environment. Seasonal tasks, such as planting, pruning, and winter maintenance, will form part of your varied and rewarding role.

 

This role involves lifting, carrying, kneeling and operating heavy equipment. If you are enthused by the outdoors and are confident in the use of garden tools and equipment such as mowers and strimmer’s then this role might be for you.
