What we are looking for:
Do you have experience of the following?:
Lead daily care delivery - ensuring high standards of person‑centred care and supporting staff to follow care plans and routines.
Monitor resident wellbeing - observing changes, escalating concerns and keeping accurate, up‑to‑date care records.
Positive leadership - guiding, coaching and supporting Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants throughout each shift.
Manage staffing levels - ensuring appropriate staffing levels, skill mix and smooth day‑to‑day floor operations.
Staff development - assisting with supervision, induction, training and Care Certificate progress.
Medication practice - supporting safe administration, monitoring compliance and reporting concerns promptly.
Safeguarding and compliance - identifying concerns, supporting statutory processes and ensuring adherence to CQC, COSHH and health & safety requirements.
Effective communication - leading handovers, maintaining professional relationships and escalating issues appropriately.
Quality improvement - contributing to audits, monitoring standards and driving continuous improvement.
